3.2.10 Visualisation templates
For each of the two types of drives (linear/rotary) a visualisation template is contained in
the library, which can be linked to an axis structure (AXIS_REF) and visualises the actual
position of the drive:
LinDrive
For a linear drive the illustration above is shown. The slide is placed relative to the lower
and upper position limit according to its current position and is coloured blue as soon as it
is control. The requirement for the use of the template is that the parameters
fSWLimitPositive and fSWLimitNegative are set.
The LinDrive_V template represents the drive in vertical form.
RotDrive
For a rotary drive the illustration above is shown. The current position is represented by the
position of the arrow and is coloured blue as soon as the drive is controlled. The
requirement for the use of the template is that the parameter fPositionPeriod is set.
